A TEFA INITIATIVE / IN DEVELOPMENT

AeroBridge™
A connected approach.

Aviation Workforce & Supply Chain Development

AeroBridge is a Tefa initiative in development designed to strengthen the people, suppliers, and maintenance ecosystems that aviation needs to grow.

Beginning with an industry-validation initiative in Massachusetts, AeroBridge will bring together aviation employers, training institutions, workforce agencies, government, and financing partners to address technical workforce shortages, expand aviation career pathways, strengthen suppliers, and support maintenance capacity.

WHY AEROBRIDGE

Stronger connections.

Aviation growth depends on skilled technical workers, reliable suppliers, effective training pathways, maintenance capacity, and financing that connects them.

AeroBridge is being designed to help institutions identify shared constraints, assemble the right partners, and develop coordinated programs around demonstrated demand. Tefa is the initiative originator, ecosystem convener, and program designer. Qualified institutions would provide regulated training, certification, maintenance, and other technical services.
