Registering interest in AeroBridge
The interest registration form collects your name, email address, organization, organization type, and area of interest. You may also provide a job title, contribution or need, and a message. After you review your details and acknowledge this use, submitting the form sends the information to this website’s server and stores it in Google Firebase Firestore for Tefa to manage.
Tefa uses these details to understand stakeholder interest and contact you about AeroBridge as it develops. The record includes the server-recorded submission time, your acknowledgment and its version and time, and a registration reference. Registrations are not publicly readable; access is restricted to the authorized server, approved Tefa dashboard users, and project administrators. No visitor account or password is required, and no automatic registration confirmation email or notification is sent.
Submission checks
The registration service uses a temporary form check and submission reference to reduce automated abuse and accidental duplicates. It also stores submission counters and a keyed, non-readable representation of your email address for limiting repeated submissions. The application does not collect raw IP addresses for these checks. These measures are separate from advertising or analytics.
The general contact form
Unlike registration, the general contact form only prepares an email draft. Details remain in the current browser page while you complete and review that form. They are not submitted to this website’s server, saved in its database, stored in browser storage, or sent automatically. Refreshing or closing the page clears unsent form details. Refreshing the registration page also clears the on-page details, but does not delete a registration already submitted successfully.
You choose what to send
After reviewing the form, you can open a draft in your email application, addressed to factorytechusa@tefaglobal.com. The email application receives the draft when you choose that action. You must review and send it yourself. You can also copy or download the inquiry as a text file saved on your device.
Keep your message non-confidential
For either form, please share only the details needed for your interest or inquiry. Do not include identification documents, health information, banking details, passwords, or confidential commercial information.
Cookies, analytics, and external links
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics. The private administrator dashboard uses Firebase Authentication and browser session storage for staff sign-in; verification and password-reset emails may be sent for staff accounts. Public registration does not require sign-in. Fonts and photographs are served from this project. External websites have their own privacy practices. A hosting provider may process standard access logs when this site is deployed.
Questions about your information
Contact factorytechusa@tefaglobal.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted to Tefa. Include your registration reference if available, but do not send sensitive documents. Registration records are managed by Tefa; this website does not implement an automatic deletion schedule. A message sent through your email application is handled separately from the registration database.
